EmbodiData is a user-controlled local data capture and annotation tool for embodied AI dataset creation. This Privacy Policy explains how EmbodiData processes data on the user's iPhone and how optional remote annotation works.
EmbodiData is designed to process and store captured session data locally on the user's iPhone.
WellAging does not collect, receive, sell, or store captured session data through the EmbodiData app.
Captured session data remains on the user's device unless the user manually exports it or chooses optional remote annotation.
When the user taps Start Session, EmbodiData may process and store the following data locally on the user's iPhone:

EmbodiData processes capture data only when the user starts a capture session.
Capture begins when the user taps Start Session.
Capture stops when the user taps Stop Session, when the app becomes inactive, or when the app goes to the background.
EmbodiData disables automatic screen lock during active capture to reduce interrupted recordings. If the user manually locks the phone or the app goes to the background, capture stops to protect dataset consistency.
Captured sessions are stored locally on the user's iPhone.
Local session data may include video files, keyframes, motion samples, frame timestamps, annotation request files, annotation result files, manifests, and validation reports.
WellAging does not operate a backend server that receives or stores captured sessions from this app.
Remote annotation is optional and user-initiated.
If the user chooses remote annotation, the app sends selected keyframes, motion summaries, timestamps, annotation prompts, and segment metadata directly from the user's iPhone to the AI provider selected or configured by the user, such as Qwen, OpenAI, or Gemini.
WellAging does not receive or store this remote annotation data.
Full raw video is not sent for remote annotation in this version.
The selected AI provider processes the request according to its own terms and privacy policy. Users should not use remote annotation on sensitive personal scenes unless they are comfortable sharing the selected data with the chosen provider.
If the user configures a remote annotation provider API key, the key is used only to send annotation requests to the provider selected by the user.
WellAging does not receive the user's API key through this app.
Users should only use API keys that they are authorized to use and should review the selected provider's own terms and privacy policy.
Users may manually export dataset packages from the app.
When the user exports data, the user controls where the exported files are stored or shared.
WellAging does not receive exported data unless the user separately chooses to send it to WellAging outside the app.

Third-party AI providers may process data according to their own terms and privacy policies. Users should review those policies before using remote annotation.
EmbodiData is not intended for use by children. Users should not use the app to capture data from children or sensitive personal environments without appropriate authorization and consent.
EmbodiData stores captured session data locally on the user's iPhone. Users are responsible for protecting access to their device and exported dataset files.
No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure. Users should avoid using remote annotation for sensitive scenes unless they understand and accept the risks of sending selected data to the chosen AI provider.
